The establishment of the Applied Professional Diploma Program in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University, under the credit-hour system, has been approved by Ministerial Decree No. 303 dated January 28, 2020. Studies in the program began in the academic year 2021/2022.
Preparing highly qualified graduates to work in various fields of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), as well as to engage in leading research activities that align with the needs of societal development and progress.
