The issue of scientific progress is always linked to the efforts made by universities and scientific research centers in all countries to develop their teaching programs and research projects. They consistently keep pace with modern and beneficial scientific advancements on one hand, and on the other hand, with societal changes—whether local or global. Our university is in direct need of this development in the current period to achieve a qualitative leap that enables us to keep up with the rapid developments on all fronts in the world. In this context, the Faculty of Arts seeks to develop its teaching regulations to ensure the achievement of our desired goal of cognitive progress that aligns with current societal developments.
