It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Faculty of Arts at Helwan University through the college Vice Deanship for Education and Student Affairs, which serves as a cornerstone of the Faculty's educational process. The Faculty prioritizes optimal educational inputs and diverse, high-quality outputs across its eighteen specialized academic departments, in addition to the distinguished programs offered by its various departments. It also addresses the needs of other faculties within the university in the fields of languages and humanities.

The Vice Deanship places great emphasis on implementing the university’s strategic plan, which is built upon continuous education, lifelong learning, and ongoing research. This approach aims to develop highly qualified professionals who contribute effectively to the sustainable development of the nation. Additionally, the vice deanship strives to fulfill the faculty’s vision and mission by fostering an exceptional educational environment, enhancing academic standards, and offering advanced academic programs and diverse skill-building opportunities to achieve the highest levels of excellence and quality while equipping students with essential knowledge and practical competencies that meet the evolving demands of the job market. This enables students to compete successfully and take an active role in society to drive development in all its forms.

The college Vice Deanship for Education and Student Affairs is also dedicated to provide students with opportunities to engage in a variety of extracurricular activities, including cultural, athletic, artistic, and social events. These activities play a vital role in character development, talent cultivation, and the effective utilization of students’ potential.
