Faculty of Arts at Capital University Concludes Internal Qualifiers for the National Reading Project, Nominating Five Students for the Nationwide Competition
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Kandel, President of Capital University, Prof. Dr. Hossam Refaai, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kamel Rawi, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty has successfully concluded the internal qualifiers for the National Reading Project. This initiative aligns with the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of reading, promoting intellectual awareness, enhancing student skills, and encouraging innovation and excellence.The qualifiers resulted in the advancement of five students from the Faculty of Arts to compete at the national level. The candidates successfully passed comprehensive evaluation phases based on criteria emphasizing critical reading, deep comprehension, analytical capacity, and scholarly discussion.The event witnessed active participation from the faculty staff. Prof. Dr. Hossam Abdel-Aziz, General Coordinator of the National Reading Project at Capital University, supervised the organization and follow-up of the project’s activities.
