Following Internal Excellence, the Faculty of Arts at Capital University Launches Its Journey Toward National Government ExcellenceIn
a new milestone reflecting its ongoing institutional development, the Faculty of Arts at Capital University has officially launched its preparations to compete for the Egypt Government Excellence Award, following its success in achieving internal government excellence at the university level. This marks the beginning of a new phase of competition at the national level, reaffirming the Faculty’s commitment to implementing the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence.Professor Ahmed Kamel Rawi, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, stated that the Faculty’s transition from internal excellence to national-level competition is the result of the dedicated efforts of its team and reflects its vision of embedding a culture of excellence as an institutional approach founded on continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable performance.Professor Rawi further indicated that the Faculty continues to implement a clear strategic vision aimed at enhancing the efficiency of its academic and administrative performance indicators while advancing the quality of its educational, research, and community services. These efforts align with the priorities of the Egyptian state and Egypt Vision 2030. He emphasized that competing at the national level represents both a national responsibility and an opportunity to showcase the Faculty’s capabilities, expertise, and achievements.The Dean explained that this accomplishment is the outcome of collaborative efforts and effective integration across all sectors of the Faculty. He expressed his appreciation to the Egypt Government Excellence Award Team, which comprises a distinguished group of faculty members and administrative staff. The team is chaired by Professor Ahmed Kamel Rawi and includes Professor Mohamed Abd Rabbo El-Tounsi, Faculty Excellence Ambassador and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Professor Wafaa Abdel Raouf El-Beih, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit; Professor Mohga Mostafa Attia, Chair of the Training Committee; Professor Abou El-Azaem Faragallah Rashid; Dr. Mohamed Abdel Moneim Ahmed Abdel Aaty; Dr. Rabie Gomaa Mohamed; Dr. Ahmed Ismail Bleidy; Dr. Ahmed Attia Mokarrab; Dr. Islam Ahmed; Dr. Sherif Abdel Maksoud; Ms. Monica Atef; Mr. Hossam Fayed; Mr. Tarek El-Meligy; Ms. Nourhan Khaled; Mr. Mahdy Safwat; Mr. Ebram Youssef; and Ms. Nariman Ashraf.Concluding his remarks, Professor Rawi stressed that excellence is not a temporary objective but a lasting institutional culture and a forward-looking vision.
